Proficiency in instructional design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Vyond or similar applications. Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles. Proven experience (5+ years) as a Technical Instructional Designer, preferably in a technical or IT-related environment. Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field. Stay updated with emerging technologies, trends, and advancements in the field of instructional design. Review and revise instructional materials based on feedback, evaluation data, and industry best practices. Collaborate with multimedia developers, graphic designers, and other team members to create visually appealing and interactive learning materials. Ensure the alignment of learning objectives with measurement criteria to assess learner performance and program effectiveness. Apply instructional strategies and appropriate delivery methods to accommodate various learning styles and preferences. Conduct thorough research to gather technical content and translate it into clear and concise instructional materials. Incorporate multimedia elements, interactive activities, and assessments to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention. Utilize instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create effective and engaging learning experiences. Design and develop instructional materials, including eLearning modules, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and other learning assets. Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze learning needs and define learning objectives for technical training programs. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to analyze learning needs, design instructional solutions, and create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
